Book a Discovery Call

You know what you want. You've known for a while.

Something still catches. The conversation you didn't finish. The thing you almost said. The version of yourself you can see clearly and keep not becoming.

You've done the work. Read the books. You're not someone who avoids hard things. And yet the pattern runs.

There is a reason it keeps running. It isn't discipline. It isn't clarity. It isn't wanting it badly enough.

Instinct to Intention is an eight-module program that shows you what is actually driving the pattern, so you can stop working against yourself.

See the pattern, not just the behavior

Most approaches work on what you do. This one shows you what generates it. Hesitation, overpreparing, self-editing, and quiet withdrawal all have a source. You'll learn to read it.

Work with the system, not against it

The nervous system updates through experience, not instruction. Eight modules, workbooks, and live integration support are structured to let the material move from understanding to something you actually feel.

Stop asking what is wrong with you

Nothing is. The pattern is not a character flaw or a failure of willpower. It is a protection sequence that made sense once. When you can see it for what it is, it stops feeling like identity.

What actually happens in a session

Before the cohort begins, you complete a written intake that maps your specific pattern. Where it runs, what it costs you, what you have already tried. That document becomes the working material for your first private session.

Inside each module, you are not accumulating information. You are developing the capacity to stay present with what your system is doing as it does it. The workbook is where that contact gets tracked.

The three private sessions are placed at the moments when that work is hardest: when the pattern first becomes visible, when the old prediction is fighting back, and when you are deciding what to carry forward.

The Founding Cohort opens July 13, 2026.

Six paid seats at $1,999.

What's included:

  • All eight modules with video lessons and workbooks
  • Weekly two-hour group calls, offered twice a week so you choose the time that fits
  • Three private 60-minute sessions with Kira, one early, one mid-program, one at the close
  • Private group with scheduled async support throughout

The founding cohort is a different experience than any future cohort will be. Smaller group, more direct access, and the pacing that lets the material actually land.

About Kira Kayler

Kira Kayler has been in private practice for two decades, working with people whose presenting problem is rarely what it turns out to be. What looks like anxiety is often a protection sequence. What looks like avoidance is often a prediction running faster than awareness.

She is the author of The Prehistoric Brain in the Modern World and the creator of the H.A.R.N.E.S.S. Method, a framework built on one clinical observation: the interventions work. What fails them is the environment people return to. This program is designed around that gap.

This coaching program is separate from her clinical practice and does not create a therapist-client relationship.
