Instinct to Intention: The H.A.R.N.E.S.S. Method

Please read these Terms of Purchase (the Terms) carefully before purchasing or accessing Instinct to Intention: The H.A.R.N.E.S.S. Method (the Program), hosted on Kajabi. By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. THE PROGRAM

The Program is a digital educational coaching program including access to the Kajabi member portal, pre-recorded modules, live group coaching calls, and community spaces.

Educational purpose. The Program is for educational and personal development purposes only, designed to support increased self-awareness, behavioral insight, and intentional decision-making.
Not therapy. The Program is a coaching and educational service only. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. No therapist-client relationship is formed through enrollment or participation.
No guarantees. Your results depend on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances. The Program makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, financial results, relationship outcomes, or personal transformation.

2. PAYMENT

By purchasing the Program, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout.

Investment. The Program investment is $1,297 USD, payable in full or according to the installment plan selected at checkout.
Automatic billing. If you choose an installment plan, your payment method will be billed automatically according to the schedule shown at checkout until paid in full.
Access restrictions. If a payment fails, your access to the Kajabi portal, materials, and live coaching calls will be suspended until your account is brought current. You remain responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of participation level.

3. REFUND POLICY

Because the Program includes immediate access to proprietary educational materials, digital content, recordings, and community resources, all sales are final once Program access has been granted. Refunds are not provided for failure to attend calls, failure to complete materials, scheduling conflicts, lack of implementation, change of circumstances, or dissatisfaction with progress.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials, including The H.A.R.N.E.S.S. Method, Instinct to Intention, curriculum, workbooks, videos, audio, exercises, and frameworks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Kira S. Kayler.

Individual use only. Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for your personal use only.
No sharing. You may not share your Kajabi login, copy, download, resell, distribute, teach, or commercially use any materials without written permission.
AI restriction. Program materials may not be uploaded into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other artificial intelligence or automated system without written permission.

5. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

The Program includes group environments where personal details may be shared.

Confidentiality. You agree to keep information shared by other participants in group calls or community spaces confidential. Note that these communications do not carry the same legal protections as psychotherapy, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed within group settings.
Conduct. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, unapproved self-promotion, or disruptive, threatening, or unlawful conduct will result in removal from the Program without a refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Prehistoric Brain, LLC and its owners, employees, or contractors are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or financial damages arising from participation in the Program. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceeding shall occur within California. You agree to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
