What Nobody Has Told You Yet

The explanation they were most often left with was execution. More discipline. More commitment. See the architecture

You learn how the nervous system is organized around prediction and protection. Not willpower, not discipline, not character. The pattern becomes visible as a logical response to conditions that no longer exist.

Build contact during activation

Examine what is generating the behavior
